Dear members,
Spring is finally arriving, and here’s some information about what’s happening in the association right now. We also want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Easter!
Save the date – Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is approaching, so mark your calendars for May 29th. Participating in the meeting is a great opportunity to get more information about what’s happening in the association, influence decisions made during the meeting, and meet your neighbors.

The work of the nominating committee is in full swing. If you’re interested in joining the board or the nominating committee, please get in touch with them. You can apply until April 15th. All information on how to apply can be found here. If you want to know more about what the board does, you can find information here. We all need to work together to ensure a pleasant and functioning association.

As previously announced, we are accepting motions, but hurry. The deadline to submit motions is March 31st. You can learn about what a motion is and how to submit it here.
5-year Inspection for Houses C and D
Information has been sent out to everyone in Houses C and D via email that a 5-year inspection will be held during Week 16. If you live in Houses C and D and haven’t received an email, first check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received an email, then send one to the board. Also, check your contact information on the Brf Ekonomens website to ensure we have the correct details for you.
New Codes
We will soon be replacing the access codes. To ensure you receive the new codes, double-check that you have the correct contact information on the Brf Ekonomens website. We will send out more information later on how to access the new codes.
Spring Cleaning in the Garage
On May 22nd, there will be spring cleaning in the garage. This means all vehicles must be out of the garage so we can have a thorough cleaning. More information will be sent out as the date approaches.
Bicycle Inventory
We will be conducting a bicycle inventory in the coming months. We will put up notices on all bicycles, and those that haven’t removed their notice will have their bicycle removed. This is to ensure that only bicycles that are used and don’t take up unnecessary space in the bicycle rooms. We will send out more information later on how this will be done.
