Annual Meeting
The annual meeting is fast approaching, with just 1 month left. If you haven’t already marked May 29th on your calendar, please do so now. The meeting starts at 6:30 PM and will be held at the Welcome Hotel. The formal invitation to the meeting will be sent out no later than May 15th. The association meeting, consisting of the association’s members, is the highest decision-making body of the tenant-owner association. The meeting elects a board to manage the ongoing administration of the association. The association’s annual report and financial management are presented at the meeting. Only agenda items will be discussed at the meeting.
5-Year Inspection of Buildings C and D
During week 16, inspections were carried out on buildings C and D. We had access to almost all apartments and would like to thank you for your cooperation. Everyone with actions resulting from the inspection will be contacted for more information.
New Codes Starting May 2nd
We are changing codes again, and the new code will be effective from May 2nd. This time we have new procedures for how you will receive the code. You need to visit the website: https://portkoder.brfbarkarbymetropol.se where you will enter your email address. If that email address matches the one registered with the brfekonomen, you will receive an email with the new door code. Remember to check your spam folder if you haven’t received your email; it may also be that the wrong email address is listed with the brfekonomen. If so, make sure to update to the correct email address and then inform the board once you have updated the email address so that you can access the new door codes.
Spring Cleaning in the Garage
A reminder that on May 22nd, there will be spring cleaning in the garage. This means all vehicles must be out of the garage so that we can have a thorough cleaning. More information will be sent out as the date approaches.
