The association’s property manager, Nabo, has for some time now changed the routine regarding reminder fees for overdue, unpaid invoices, which we hereby wish to inform you about.

What this means for you as a member/tenant:

The reminder fee is added to the invoice that is overdue — that is, the reminder fee is added to the total amount of the late invoice rather than being charged as a separate cost on an upcoming invoice. This means that you as a member/tenant need to pay the reminder fee on that specific original invoice, or alternatively via the reminder invoice you receive, and the amount is updated in the portal under unpaid balance. This also means that the same OCR reference number as the original overdue invoice should be used. You can always see your total unpaid balance when you log in at Nabo.se.
