Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is fast approaching – only one month to go! If you haven’t yet marked May 21st in your calendar, make sure to do so now. The meeting starts at 18:30 and will take place at Welcome Hotel. The formal notice of the meeting will be distributed no later than May 7th.
The general meeting, meaning the association’s members, is the highest decision-making body of the housing cooperative. During the meeting, a board is elected to manage the ongoing administration of the association. The association’s annual report and financial management will be presented. Only the items listed on the agenda will be discussed at the meeting.
Updated House Rules
Item 11 in our house rules has been updated to also cover improper use of the waste rooms. The updated rules include the following text:
Members who misuse the waste room – for example by not following the association’s regulations or handling waste in a way that causes inconvenience – are considered to have violated the statutes. Such a violation constitutes grounds for termination of the housing right in accordance with the Swedish Housing Cooperative Act (1991:614), Chapter 7, Section 18.
In such cases, the board has the right to issue a written request to the affected members to immediately correct the issue. Failure to comply with such a request will, under applicable law, constitute grounds for termination of the housing right.

Information from EON: Nord Pool transitions to 15-minute pricing
Since 1996, electricity trading on the Nord Pool power exchange in Sweden and the Nordic region has been based on 60-minute spot prices. As of June 11, 2025, trading will switch to 15-minute spot prices.
This transition is mandated by law and means that hourly pricing agreements will be replaced by 15-minute pricing agreements. The reason behind this change is to improve the balance between supply and demand in the electricity grid and to more efficiently manage non-dispatchable electricity sources like solar and wind power. The 15-minute pricing system works the same way as hourly pricing, but instead of changing every hour, the price will change every 15 minutes.
You can read more on EON’s website.
Storage of Grills and Flammable Liquids
Now that spring has finally arrived, many are bringing out their grills. Please remember that it is not allowed to store these items in the shared common areas. All such items must be stored inside your apartment.
Spring Cleaning in the Garage
Garage spring cleaning will take place on May 14th. This means that all vehicles must be removed from the garage so we can carry out a thorough cleaning.
If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us.
