Save the Date – Annual General Meeting
The annual general meeting is approaching, so make sure to mark May 21 in your calendar. Attending the meeting is a great opportunity to get more information about what is happening in the association, influence decisions made during the meeting, and meet your neighbors.
Apply for the Board!
The nomination committee is actively working, so if you are interested in joining the board or the nomination committee, please reach out to them. You can apply until April 15. All information on how to apply can be found here. If you want to learn more about what a board does, you can find information here.
We all need to contribute to maintaining a pleasant and well-functioning association.
Motions
As previously announced, we are accepting motions, but hurry! The deadline for submitting motions is March 30. You can read about what a motion is and how to submit one here.
Mandatory Ventilation Inspection (OVK) – Building D
During week 19, the mandatory ventilation inspection (OVK) will be carried out in Building D. More information will be sent via email to all affected residents in the coming weeks. Please ensure that your email address is updated on Nabo’s website so we can contact you.
Techtem – Issues with Individual Electricity Meters
We would like to inform you that Techem, the company responsible for the remote reading of our electricity meters, has identified poor connectivity with certain meters at specific addresses in the property. This issue means that some of our members are currently being billed based on estimated electricity consumption, which may affect costs.
The members that Techem has identified as affected will be contacted directly by the board.
To ensure all measurements are accurate going forward and to correct any incorrect charges, Techem needs to replace the affected meters. If your electricity meter is impacted or you notice discrepancies in your billing, please contact Techem as soon as possible to investigate the issue and schedule a possible meter replacement.
We appreciate your cooperation on this matter and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you in advance for your understanding!
Create an Account with Bahnhof
Since March 26, all users must have an account with Bahnhof to use their services. If you have not yet created an account, you can find more information here on how to proceed.
Website Update
Throughout the autumn, we have been updating our website to make it even clearer. If you have any questions, please check the website first before reaching out to the board. If you notice anything missing or that could be clarified, feel free to contact us.
If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us.
